Field Maintenance Team

We have a field based team of qualified engineers including plumbers, electricians, gas and heating engineers and carpenters.  Supreme have been using a very sophisticated software system for many years which allows us to communicate with all of our engineers whilst they are on site.  This allows the office to get instant updates & information from the engineer in order to give our clients the most accurate and detailed report as and when they request.  Our team of engineers have their own work phone which allows them to keep in constant contact with the office and any suppliers.

Office Support Team

We have a great team of staff who offer continued support to our maintenance team.  Using the software our team are able to provide our clients with up to the minute information on each job.  Alternatively the team will also be able to look back at any historical jobs that have occurred as the software retains the information in order to help and assist with any queries our client may have.  This dedicated team liaise between client and field ensuring that we provide the best level of communication possible.
