Our Procedure

In the case of an unforeseen problem, Supreme offer emergency response services covering the Greater London area based within the M25. We have a highly skilled and professional team of engineers covering all trades and pride ourselves with our highly reactive response service.

Once all aspects have been assessed, action will then be taken to resolve the issue immediately. If further works are required, the area will be made safe and works will then be completed as agreed.

Our fleet of vans are equipped with a GPS tracking system allowing us to get the nearest operative to you as soon as possible. All our trades can respond, and if more than one trade is required we will assign a specialist in that field to ensure the most efficient repair possible.

All works are carried out according to our fixed hourly rate and our objective is to carry out repairs within a maximum time period of 3 hours.  If we are unable to complete the works within this time allocation or discover further/major works are required then an estimate will be sent over to the customer following the visit.

We are able to provide a bespoke service to suit the requirements of each client.
